40 weeks

40 weeks down. this baby should be here now!

We went to the doctors this morning I'm slowly getting more dilated and contractions are happening just not enough for Charlie to be here yet.

129.2 pounds. that means I've gained 29.2 pounds this whole pregnancy so far. My belly isn't sticking out very far today so maybe that means she's moving down and is getting ready to come out.

If I don't go into labor on my own I'll be induced next Friday on the 4th. I hope I don't make it to then.

39 weeks

39 weeks down 1 week left! 1 week is a very long time and i sure hope I'm not pregnant that much longer!

We went to the doctors again this morning and Charlie hasn't made any progress in making her way out. I'm not any more dilated :/
So far this pregnancy I've gained 27.3 pounds.
I've been having contractions all week but they haven't helped progress things but maybe that'll change soon. If I don't go into labor before i'm scheduled to be induced on January 4th. i don't think I can be pregnant that much longer i'm very uncomfortable.

38 weeks

38 weeks down 2 to go (hopefully not that long!)

Charlie has been wiggling around a lot this week. Until this week she hasn't really been in my ribs to much but she's definitely figured out where they are and she much enjoy kicking them because she does it all the time. Tons of hiccups too it's like my stomach is never still anymore :)

We had a doctors appointment Friday and she's doing good. As of then I was still only about 2 centimeters dilated. a little less but hey that doesn't mean much lol.
The doctor keeps telling me she could come at anytime but it doesn't seem like it. Charlie does keep faking me out though. I've been having a ton of what I think are contractions but then they stop :/ I just want her to get here! I want her here before Christmas! I'm definitely ok with being in the hospital Christmas day as long as Charlie's not actually born that day. Having a Christmas birthday would suck, I would feel really badly.

As of today I am 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant so almost 39 weeks and on Monday we had a ultra sound for a growth check. She's 7 pounds 1 ounce according to the ultra sound. She's still measuring about 4 days small of her due date but oh well she'll grow way fast after she's born I'm sure :)

37 weeks

went to the doctors on Friday Charlie's doing great. she's still not ready to come out. my doctor says she could come at any time but not to count on her coming early :/
I really wish she would i'm kind of tired of being pregnant. its starting to get really uncomfortable.
doctor again on friday :) maybe Charlie will be making her way out and the doctor will tell me she's coming early :) probably not but hey a girl can hope :)
Been having braxton hicks contractions more often too so hopefully she's making her way out slowly :)

36 weeks

I'm less than a centimeter dilated so she's not quite ready to come out but she's getting ready :)

I've been super tired all week. my hands and feet haven't started swelling but my feet feel like they should be swollen most of the time.

35 weeks

35 weeks down! 5 or less to go!

This week has been good. She's really pushing on my bladder lately though.

Tuesday morning we went into get an ultra sound to find out why she was measuring small. My doctor was worried maybe my fluid was low but that wasn't the case. Charlie must have just been hiding at my back when we measured at my appointment. My fluids where it's suppose to be and Charlie's measuring on time, well 2 days behind technically but they don't count that as behind so all is good.
She would take her hand off her face during the ultra sound so we could see her! she was kicking away but just would not move her hands. I think she's camera shy :)
According to the ultra sound she weighs 5 pounds 4 ounces :) she's getting big!
I am very ready for her to be here but I know she's got a little longer to "cook" before she comes out, but hopefully soon. I don't want to wait until her due date or heaven forbid after!

34 weeks

34 weeks down. 6 or so to go :)

This week has been interesting i guess you could say.
Tuesday night at work I thought I was dieing. My back started hurting and twinging, then my stomach would tighten. i had no idea what was going on but i finally figure it out. I was having Braxton Hicks contractions. Not a very comfortable situation. I didn't enjoy it and it's making me realize how bad labor really is gonna be :/ not fun.

We went to the doctors this morning, I gained 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks but I'm measuring small according to the doctor. My blood pressure went back to normal though so that's good.
We have to go in for an ultrasound Tuesday morning to check on Charlie. The doctor thinks my amniotic fluid could be low or Charlies just gonna be small she just wants us to get the ultrasound to check which it is. I haven't been measuring small for most of my pregnancy that's why she thinks it could be my fluid but hopefully not.

33 weeks

33 weeks down 7ish to go.
I'm not gonna lie i hope its less than 7 I'm not enjoying this last stretch to much

Saturday I had another baby shower :) it was fun. I got to see some family and got some cute presents. My cousin Kim ditched out on coming but I guess I'll forgive her because she had her baby that morning :)

This week has been good. Not to much has changed. I still get head aches but not as much as the last couple weeks. Little miss Charlie just keeps moving around :) Trav likes to watch my belly :)) He tells me he can see her runnin.

32 weeks

 32 weeks down 8 or so to go

we went to the doctor on friday and charlies doing great.

i didnt gain any weight this month tho. i thought it was weird but the doctor didnt seem worried so all good i guess.

my headaches havent gone away. if anything theyre getting worse. i had low blood pressure on friday and the doctor said that could have something to do with it.

i havent noticed any swelling yet, my feet are still the same size and so are my fingers.

my tail bone hurts alot and my back is starting too. being in any one possition for very long gets uncomfortable so im always figiting.

i dont sleep through the night very often i either wake up too hot or to cold or because i have to pee yet again.

my sister in law is throwing me a baby shower on saturday, which also happens to be travs birthday so it should be good.

31 weeks

31 weeks down! 9ish to go!
down to the single digits! well in weeks anyway :)

I haven't been feeling so good this week. My head hurts a lot of the time :/ and when I have really bad head aches I get sick to my stomach so it makes life wonderful. Tylenol does no good to help me most of the time, but I  don't have many other options pain killer wise. I don't want to take much of anything anyway to keep it out of my system.
I'm getting to the stage where my legs go tingly. It's hard to get comfortable doing anything but standing but I can't stand for very long because I start to get sore and uncomfy.
Either I'm starting to get stretchmarks on my tummy or it warm right now so it looks splotchy. hopefully its splotchy.

1st Wedding Anniversary!

Monday the 22nd was mine and Travis's 1st wedding anniversary :)
Best year of my life :)
I love being married and I love my amazing husband :)

For our anniversary I order us a cute little cake. Originally we were going to have our wedding cake look like this but changed our minds when we actually ordered it.

I saved the top of our wedding cake to eat too

it tasted like soggy cake lol
